Viewing enquiries and earlier requests
New viewing enquiries take place through WhatsApp. The site no longer accepts online viewing requests or sends booking notification emails.
If you used the earlier booking form, saved requests may still contain your name, phone number, chosen date and time, listing, and submission time in the site's database. Authorised staff can read these historical records. They have no automatic deletion schedule. Earlier booking emails sent through Resend and WhatsApp conversations are held separately from these records. You can contact us below about access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied.
The earlier form also created keyed rate-limit hashes from the phone number, request IP address where available, and booking details. Expired limit records are removed the next time the server runs a rate-limit check, such as a staff sign-in. Earlier submissions caught by the spam check may have left the submitted name, phone number, and listing ID in server logs.
When Meta measurement was configured, successful earlier bookings could send a Lead event with a hash of the phone number, a listing URL containing its ID, the request IP address and user agent, and Meta browser cookie identifiers when available. The browser could send a matching Lead event.
WhatsApp enquiries
WhatsApp links open a conversation outside this site. Depending on the link, the draft message may include a listing title, a listing URL, a service topic, or a short reference code. You can edit the message before sending it. Opening a link does not confirm that you sent a message.
Staff may mark a WhatsApp enquiry as qualified. If configured, this sends Meta a QualifiedLead event with a hash of the phone number, the enquiry category, and a listing ID when available. PostHog can receive a separate anonymous qualification event with the category and optional listing ID, without the phone number or its hash.
Advertising measurement with Meta
When enabled, the Meta Pixel reports page views, labeled link and button clicks, and enquiry events. Its base script sends the full page URL to Meta; that URL can include a listing title, text entered in a search, or a selected budget. Our click labels do not contain form values, button text, or URL queries. WhatsApp link clicks can send a browser Lead event. The server does not send a Lead for these clicks; the separate staff-qualified enquiry event is described above.
Site analytics with PostHog
When configured, PostHog receives page views, fixed click and enquiry labels, search result counts, approved campaign identifiers, and filtered technical diagnostics. It may also collect scroll depth, interaction heatmaps, and sampled session recordings. The recorder is configured to mask page text and form inputs and to block dialogs, embedded frames, and media. Heatmaps and recordings are disabled on the legal and mortgage enquiry pages. The site stores its PostHog identifier in browser session storage and disables IP location lookup.
Cookies, hosting, and embedded content
The jh_availability cookie remembers whether you selected Buy or Rent for up to one year. Meta's Pixel may set advertising cookies. Vercel hosts the site, and Vercel Blob serves listing photos and uploaded videos. Some listing pages embed Google Maps or YouTube videos, which load content from Google when the embed loads.
